Who will we share your data with?

• Mailchimp - If you agree to register as an official member, receive our monthly newsletter or other various email correspondences, or visit our website; B-more Bayern will store any of your personal data collected in Mailchimp, our marketing and email automation platform and website host.  Please reference their privacy policy to learn more about their data use and privacy policy. 

• FC Bayern Munich e.V. - If you agree to register as an official member, B-more Bayern will share your data with FC Bayern Munich e.V. so that they may complete your registration process with the club.  FC Bayern Munich e.V. may further use said data to offer you their products and services.  Please reference their privacy policy to learn more about their data use and privacy policy.     

• [third party payment server] - When B-more Bayern processes a merchandise order via the website, your data will also be sent to our [third party payment server]. How will we store your data? 

• B-more Bayern securely stores all the data we’ve collected in Mailchimp, our marketing and email automation platform and website host.  Mailchimp takes data security and privacy very seriously, and are constantly working to ensure that your data remains safe.  You can learn more about their security measures here.

• B-more Bayern will store your data as follows: 

  • Your Name, Email, Personal Preferences, and Service Usage Data will be saved for the duration of your Fanclub membership or until you request otherwise, at which point they will be permanently deleted.  

  • Your Date of Birth and Physical Mailing Address will only be stored temporarily until we submit them to FC Bayern Munich as part of your member registration process.  Afterwards they will be permanently deleted.  

What are your data protection rights? 

• B-more Bayern would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following: 

  • The right to opt out from our data policy - You have the right to opt out of our data policy at any point, simply send your request via email to bmorebayern@gmail.com.
